Today we connect with Redding Police Lieutenant Jeff Schmidt to hear where the police department is in the process of body camera implementation and why it has taken so long to get here. Lt. Schmidt discusses community outreach, coordination with other law enforcement agencies, how the cameras work, and data storage challenges.
