• Adjustments to a few zoning codes related to paved driveways on single-family lots, temporary use permits, and emergency housing sites in proximities to school boundary lines, among a few others.
• A recommendation by CSAC (Community Services Advisory Commission) to continue work with Project for Public Spaces to build upon the Visioning Plan to develop a schematic design and programming matrix for South City Park.
• An update on the Airport Strategic Plan and adopting a resolution to change the name of the Redding Municipal Airport to the Redding Regional Airport.
• Adjusting the municipal code regulating wastewater discharge limits for permitted industrial users for three constituents to bring them in line with current state guidelines.
• An amendment to the municipal code to modernize parking code regulations and allow for alternative collection, tracking, and enforcement systems.
• A resolution to add a ballot measure to the next election asking voters if they would like to move City Clerk and City Treasurer to appointed positions rather than elected positions.
